Important Information About
How LASC Processes Membership Renewals and the Sequence of Renewal Events

Prior to March 17 of each year
- Please access your online profile here at the Membership Management Portal and make adjustments to your mailing address or email address, if needed

- After your renewal, new badge stickers will be sent to your mailing address of record on the Portal
- Review your Additional Family Member (AFM) information on your profile for accuracy and proper dues calculation
- Add or remove Family Members using the online form prior to final dues calculation which will be on March 17
On or about February 28th
- All members will receive an email notification calling for your Work Credit hours for April 1 of the prior year through March 15 of the current year
- A statement of donated hours reported as of February 28th will also be sent separately

- Only Work Credit submissions received via the online web form will be valid
- Only Work Credit submissions received via the online web form will be valid
March 15
- March 15 is the last day to submit Work Credit hours in anticipation of the April 1 renewal and receive a discount on your dues
- Work credit submissions received after 5pm on March 15 will be applied to the next year's dues
- Only Work Credit submissions received via the online web form will be valid
March 16 through March 17
- We will be updating dues based on final Work Credit info received through 5pm, March 15th
- Members who have work credit available will have their renewal processed early, before March 22
- If you have reduced dues via work credit, please log in to your profile and follow the links to pay your balance due.
March 22 (10 days before renewals are due)
- Work credit adjustments to dues will be complete
- All profile information and additional family member adjustments should be complete
- Renewal notifications and invoices will be sent automatically by the system
- Members can start paying their membership dues online or via check (online is easier/faster)
March 27 (5 days before renewals are due)
- Renewal reminders will be sent automatically by the system with online payment links and other information
- Members should pay their membership dues online or via check (online is easier/faster)
April 1
- This is "Renewal Day"
- "Renewal Day" emails will be sent automatically by the system
- If you haven't paid your dues by April 1, you can pay online via links on your emailed invoice or via check
April 8
- "Grace Period" emails will be sent automatically by the system with online payment links and other information
- There is still time to pay your dues online via links on your emailed invoice, profile (if you have a "balance due") or you can pay via check.
After April 1 and dates forward
- New badge stickers and gate combinations will be mailed (as payments are processed) to your mailing address of record via USPS

- The Membership Officer may be setting up dates, times, and locations for personal pick up of your new sticker...stand by for more info via email blast.
May 1
- If your dues have not been paid by May 1, your membership will lapse and records will be removed from the active membership rolls
- "Notification of Lapsed Membership" notifications will be sent automatically by the system
- Electronic proximity cards issued to you or other family members will be deactivated
